Auto Deductible Reimbursement (ADR) provides coverage for partial vehicle losses by reimbursing the deductible after repairs are complete and the deductible has been paid to the repair facility.

Please note:
Vehicles declared a total loss are not eligible for reimbursement.

Start your Auto Deductible Reimbursement (ADR) Claim

Please have the following documents ready. We cannot process your claim without them:

  • A copy of your GAP/ADR contract

  • Your vehicle insurance declaration page or policy

  • Payment from your primary insurance carrier

  • Invoice or repair order

  • A receipt showing the deductible has been paid

Log in & Submit Your Claim

To log in, use your email address and create a password that includes at least one number.

Once logged in, complete the Auto Deductible Reimbursement claim form and upload the required documents listed above.

What to Expect After You Submit a Claim

·       Your documents will be reviewed within 3-5 business days.

·       If additional information is needed, we will contact you via the messages tab in the portal.

·       Approved claims are typically reimbursed within 5-7 business days once we receive all required documents.
